I bought a lot of used toploads, but the owner didn't have a ESD 300 service door key. Does anyone have a spare?

A manufactuers distributor should have the access key you need, shouldn't they?

If it is a Maytag then the factory service door lock is a ZB7 key. Unless they changed it of cource.
If you need a ES300 key then you should be able to get that from your local distributor. How do you know that it is a ES300 key?

zb7 gets in the access door, doesn't the 300 access the coin box?

That's what the seller said. I thought it'd be worth a shot instead of drilling out 20 locks.

Are you sure it is a ES300 key or a key in the 300 series?
I can get a 300 series keys but you better be sure which one it is first!!!

No I'm not sure. All I have to go on is the word of the owner. He told me the remaining washer service door locks were a 100 key, and they were. I can only assume he knew that a 300 key opened the others.
Just so we understand one another. It is a tubular lock with the letters 'ESD' stamped in the center.

Well if you need a key or 2 I have 2 ES300 keys in my hand right now.
PM me with your address.
Atlantic has most of the access keys to washers and dryers. also Parts Distributors in Chicago may also be able to help you. A better idea would be to Contact the Manf. of the washer and they will give you the closet distributor.
