OK, now that I have your attention. Why is it that whenever I have a machine with something stuck in the drain it is almost always on the W245s? I have many more W75, W125 and W185 machines, and all get much more use, but the problems are always on the 75# machines. Is this a design problem, it has to be more than just a coincidence.

Just got a call from my attendant, the fricking machine has something stuck in the drain again - just took it apart and cleaned it out this morning. These machines suck!

I know this F@s up the pool party, imagine a 24/7 store and having someone call you at 3 am for the same problem..
I had a store with SQ's in it, and had similar problem, I was going to rig up some sort of drain system so stuff would get caught before getting to the dump valve. If you can p-trap the hose it might work. I have 3 SQ's and empty the drian before I leave town on vacation. 75#'s of stuff, the "exit" is not big enough.
kirby,
i have same problem with my 245 also,
w245 has 2" drain valve and w75,35 and 50 lbs has 3 " drain valve, also w245 has more space between drum and body so pencil or pen sleep by
