You are right.
I have read the contract and it is very one sided.
There is no way that thing should be signed in its present form. An attorney would have to add several clauese to make me comfortable.
But it is such a good idea I am wondering if it is working for anyone, or if there are any other companies that are not so onerous.

Sorry I didnt make it to the show, now that folk are getting back tell me about this advatiser. Is there any way to get these deals on your own. Is this just a pie in the sky thing>? Need more info before I let it go.
