Hamilton changer jams when 30%+ full

Hello I have a hamilton changer that jams alot when the quarter hopper is more than 30% full.

I have emptied the hopper and blew it out, inspected for bent quarters etc..... When it jams the fix is usually just stir the quarters by hand.....

Any ideas? its pretty frustrating

Hooper motor may be going bad and growing weaker. It sounds like the additional weight on the motor is causing it to drag.

Empty the hopper, remove the wheel (2 screws) and clean bottom of hopper and underside of wheel. Dirt, thread and even small slivers of metal from a damages coin can get under the wheel and cause jamming. If you fill the hopper from a cloth bag, turn it insideout.
