ADC 235/236 Belt change advice wanted

Ok, its been 3 years and I have now suffered my first belt break on these dryers. Any advice on how to change them? Is it a straight forward process or are there any tricks I should be aware of. The small belt broke but the large one is ok, should they be changed in pairs or just change the broken one.

Not much effort required. loosen or remove back panel screws remove panel, replace belt, pretty straight foward.

Check the belts tensions. They should not be "pulling " on the idler or the motor. Adjustments are made at the idler arm. .... Also a good idea to check the set screws on the cylinder pulley. They have a tendancy of loosening and causing damage to the shaft and pulley.
