Laundromat Website

I have a question about websites.

Has anyone had any positive feedback form having a website for their laundromat?

I was thinking about starting one but I am not sure if it is worth the time or effort.

The only thing that I would use is for is mainly to get customer (existing & new) information, relay information, coupons, thank yous, get comments or complaints without them thinking that any attendants will see it, etc.

Is it worth it or not?

Mine hasn't been worth it so far, but I don't have any feedback capability yet............(don't get your daughter to do your site if she is always going to be "busy" after it is done.) ($10. a month for the url and site fee.)

I've got one and the only reason why is that I thought it would be a fun thing to do - I did it myself and have it on a free server. If it cost anything I'm not sure I would have it.
